Friday Nite Dance Party: Make Your Body Move!

Movement releases our feel-good neurotransmitters just like dopamine and can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

The goal here is to have fun and release the natural “happy drug” in a way that improves your health. This is for any and everyone no matter your age, physical ability, coordination - just have fun!

We will begin with an opening from Dr. Tanya Gilbert explaining the benefits that dance and movement has on our mental health. Then, Jenzi Russell will lead us in a slowed down, sensual dance that everyone can do and enjoy. Dr. Tanya Gilbert will close with a meditation to prep us for an enjoyable weekend!
