Dr. Gilbert provides Career Coaching services that involve individual coaching sessions using in-depth assessments, clarification questions, and surveys that focus on career interests and personality styles, a step-by-step goal development and planning process, and appropriate feedback to ensure the necessary follow-through. In the course of the coaching process, Dr. Gilbert uses all data sources to identify patterns of interest that define which action steps to take in your pursuit of career transformation.

One-on-One Career Coaching

Dr. Gilbert leads you through personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions to guide you through your career transition. We work together at your pace, focus on your priorities to help you explore your options and plan your next move. Dr. Gilbert assists you with staying on track to achieve your goals. One-on-One Coaching is face-to-face in-person/video, weekly brief check-in calls, unlimited text messages, weekly specific assignments, and occasional emails. A three (3)month commitment is suggested. 

Brief Career Coaching

Dr. Gilbert guides you through personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions to guide you in exploring a specific, short-term goal. Brief Career Coaching is 1:1Video, weekly brief check-in calls, and unlimited text messages. A Six (6) week commitment is suggested.

Fees / Session Structure

Consulting Rate 

$500* per hour outside of private executive coaching

Executive Coaching Private 1-on-1 

Starts at $3,000 per month

Include four (4) 90-minute sessions in person Face-To-Face or Video, two (2) check-in calls, limited text messages feedback, and email support. 

Executive Coach-on-Call 

Retainer: $50,000 per year

Services designed to meet your specific needs, Four (4) full days in your office, plus Two (2) full-day webinars/seminars, limited phone coaching service, and email support for one year. Services provided for up to five (5) executives and up to thirty (30) line staff.

Assessments

Work Environment Analysis

Success on the job is often a basis for matching the right person to the right position. This assessment helps determine what skills, qualities, and behaviors are ideal for specific positions. $500 per assessment plus consulting fees.

Employment Status Assessment

This comprehensive assessment of your personal style will help you discover behaviors and qualities about yourself that could be the key to opening new doors of opportunity. You will better understand your work and management style from the information provided and develop an action plan that can enhance your personal and professional growth. This is also useful in understanding how to motivate yourself and others. Session Fee $700 per person, includes one-hour phone post-assessment coaching session.

Interests, Attitudes, and Values Assessment

Your Interests, Attitudes, and Values tap into your motivation and are vital in guiding your life, careers, and choices and allow you to succeed in achieving your goals.  Session Fee: $500 per person, includes one-hour post-assessment coaching session.

Professional Ability Assessment 

This assessment measures your abilities for understanding how you determine day-to-day problem solving, decision making, planning, and communication and how to be more effective, goal-oriented, and efficient in the allocation of resources. Session Fee: $1,500 per person, includes a three-hour post-assessment coaching session.
